HOW MUCH DOES A CELEBRITY EXPERIENCE COST?

Photo Oppz strives to make charitable giving exciting and accessible to everyone. That is why each celebrity experience is regularly priced at only $199! For less than a month’s groceries, you could attend the Tony Awards, see the finale of your favorite show filmed live or go to a star-studded party. All while giving support to a variety of important charitable causes. To maintain our affordable prices, the availability of some celebrity experiences is limited. Get your tickets before they sell out!


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE EXPERIENCE?

Please refer to the details of each individual experience on our ticketing page for more information about what is included. All experiences include a single admission to the outlined event, date and time. Travel, food and accommodations are not included. Guests are responsible for these expenses.


WHEN ARE NEW EXPERIENCES RELEASED?

New Celebrity Experiences for 2019 will be released each Friday at 9:00am (EST) - starting on February 1st. Certain special releases may be made available to customers who subscribe to our newsletter. These special releases will be announced through email to those subscribers exclusively. WHERE DOES EACH EXPERIENCE HAPPEN?

Please refer to the details of each individual experience on our ticketing page for more information about its location. Most events occur in either New York City or Los Angeles. In addition, Photo Oppz offers Celebrity Experiences that occur in a variety of other cities throughout the United States.


How long will the experience take?

Please refer to the details of each individual experience on our ticketing page for more information about the timing of the event. Some Celebrity Experiences, such as filming of live television shows, require audience members to remain in the studio for the entire duration. If you are unable to stay during an entire event, it recommended you purchase tickets for a different experience.


WILL A SOLD OUT EXPERIENCE BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

To maintain our affordable prices, the availability of some celebrity experiences is limited. In addition, many of these events only occur annually. As such, Photo Oppz cannot guarantee the future availability of any sold out experiences. However, many of our celebrity experiences (like certain audience admission for TV shows) are available regularly. To be notified when a specific experience will be available again, click the “Notify Me” link on the ticketing page.


What should I bring/WEAR?

You will need your ticket, valid government-issued ID, and a fully charged phone and/or camera to capture unforgettable #PhotoOppz. Guests who cannot provide valid ID will not be permitted to attend.

Each of our Celebrity Experiences has its own individual dress code for guests. This dress code will be provided to you in your confirmation email after you complete your purchase.


CAN I refund tickets or change DATES/times?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Changes to time slots are not permitted. You must arrive before the time listed on your ticket. Ticket holders who arrive late will not be admitted and will have their ticked voided. No refunds will be issued for ticket holders that arrive late to a Celebrity Experience.


Tickets are non-transferable. Admission will only be permitted to original ticketed guest.

Can I transfer my ticket?


Please refer to the details of each individual celebrity experience on our ticketing page for required age. Most events are 18-21+, but there are exceptions (such as Broadway experiences). Please Note: All events that serve alcohol are only open to guests who are 21 years or older.  Valid state-issued ID or passport is required for all ticket holders.  Guests who cannot provide valid ID will not be permitted to attend.

ARE CELEBRITY EXPERIENCES APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES?


WHY AM I BEING ASKED TO PROVIDE A COPY OF MY ID BEFORE THE EVENT?

There are Celebrity Experiences which require guests to provide a copy of their ID prior to the event. This is common with certain television shows and VIP parties. Photo Oppz will only make this request if it is required to attend the experience.

How MUCH DOES A GIFT VOUCHER COST?


WHAT DOES A GIFT VOUCHER INCLUDE?

Each gift voucher is good for one individual ticket to a Celebrity Experience of your choice. Please refer to the details of each individual experience on our ticketing page for more information about what is included. All experiences include a single admission to the outlined event, date and time. Travel, food and accommodations are not included. Guests are responsible for these expenses.


How CAN I SEND A GIFT VOUCHER?

Visit our Gift Vouchers page to give a Celebrity Experience to a family member or friend. You can select the date of delivery and can chose to have the gift voucher sent through email or text message. A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you after your purchase is complete.


How CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER?

You can use your Gift Voucher toward one admission to any Celebrity Experience of your choice. Please select an experience and add it it your cart. You will then need to enter your Gift Voucher number into the “voucher” box on the checkout screen. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email outlining all the details of your Celebrity Experience.


How CAN I CHECK MY GIFT VOUCHER BALANCE?

Visit our Gift Vouchers page to check on the balance of your Celebrity Experience voucher anytime.


WHEN DOES MY GIFT VOUCHER EXPIRE?

All Gift Vouchers for 2019 Celebrity Experiences expire on December 31, 2019 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Standard Time).


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A GIFT VOUCHER?

Gift Vouchers for our Celebrity Experiences can be sent instantly 24/7. Or you can schedule the date and time you want your gift to be received. Voucher codes can be sent in an email or text message. Last minute gifts no longer have to be thoughtless and boring. Instead, support charity and give them an unforgettable experience!


CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY GIFT VOUCHER?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

POP UPS


ARE YOUR POP UPS APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES?

Since each admission includes alcoholic drinks, our exclusive exhibits are only open to guest who are 21 years or older.  Valid state-issued ID or passport is required for every ticket holder.  Guests who cannot provide valid ID will not be permitted into the exhibit.


Are tickets available at the door?

No.  Tickets can only be purchased through our website, facebook page, or directly through ShowClix. Tickets purchased on third party websites or through other means are not valid. 


How long will the experience take?

Each guest will be given access to the exhibit for the two hour period outlined on their ticket.  Guests cannot re-enter the exhibit after leaving.


What should I bring/WEAR?

You will need your ticket, valid ID, and a fully charged phone and/or camera.  Bring your phone cable to take advantage of our complimentary charging station. Please Note: Large bags, backpacks, and umbrellas are not permitted inside the exhibit.

What time do I need to arrive for my timed ticket?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Groups are let in according to their ticketed time.  If you miss your time slot, your ticket will no longer be valid.


Do you refund tickets or change times?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Changes to time slots are not permitted. 


Can I transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-transferable. For group ticket purchases, the purchaser must be present and have valid photo ID.


HOW CAN I MAKE A GROUP BOOKING?

ARE COMMERCIAL SHOOTS ALLOWED AT DRESS UP?

We do not allow any professional photography equipment on site during normal operating hours.  Commercial or media shoots must be approved and arranged in advance.  For more information, please contact Info@PhotoOppz.com.


ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBIT?

We will not permit pets of any kind entry into our experience. Please Note: Service animals with proper documentation must remain on a leash at all times.
